As you enter, there is certain authenticity that makes you feel like you got lost somewhere in a small town in Texas and found a diner. A favorite appetizer to get are the Tato skins (P165). They are crunchy potato skins loaded with cheese and bacon. This dish is serve with an egg salad as dip.
