Perfect wine and dine place comes alive at Las Flores, Fort Bonifacio Global City. This restaurant brings happiness, color and refreshing vibe as the name suggests “the flowers.”
Once you enter, you will be greeted with the server’s charm who will be in all smiles for you. The restaurant is medium sized and has few tables so I suggest to call for reservation. Sitting ‘al fresco’ is not a problem. The location is perfect for this. While interior offers a dining experience, it does not lack the view of the outdoor.

In ordering drinks, may I suggest their Sangrias. Sangria is a typical drink from Spain. Its a celebration just having it. Las Flores made a Sangria (wine punch) of their own.
As i am fond of red wine, this is my drink of choice. It is served on a jar with a stick so you don’t miss the fruits.

This escabeche was kept in a jar for 2 days so you can enjoy its gastronomic taste. One of the best escabeches I’ve had.

Scallops with ham. The scallops on this dish are big and tasty. It comes in tomato base that made the taste more exciting.
This thinly slice Australian salmon was rolled for a gourmet style.

Patatas bravas, another famous Spanish dish, is extra special here. It comes with a perfect spice sauce that would make you ask for more.

I would say that this is my favorite dish here. The Angus was so juicy and cooked perfectly (brown outside and pinkish inside). The foie on top is just a prefect blend with the beef.

Un momento! Don’t go yet, desserts are quite fantastic here.
Nicely designed dessert that gives a happy ending to your meal. Its not too sweet and has that soft feel in your mouth.

This is sinfully good. The chocolate inside the cake melts as you slice it. Perfect bake!
