How do you know when you’re not fit? For me its max fitness plans the venus factor , I put on a bikini and check if I have the guts to show myself in public in it. Yes means I’m fit and no means I’m in trouble. When I’m fit I become more relax. This means I don’t have much catching up to do and go for maintenance.
Maintenance includes three times of at least 30 minutes of work out a week. This can be any type of sports or exercise that I reserached around the area. If nothing is available or too expensive, I rely on walking around for sites. I enjoy going trough an activity more than just the gym. Diet would include moderate breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. I can cheat with a burger, steak or pizza plus dessert occasionally. My weight on this figure is on a 111-113 lbs. I like this weight because its very comfortable to move.
There are also times that I’m just quite fit and not exactly bikini ready. This is when I’m average. On these occasions, i would do 20 minutes of walking and 20 minutes of abs workout on weekdays. My eating lifestyle would consists of fruits for breakfast, moderate lunch and moderate dinner. I could cheat on weekends with a burger, steak or pizza with ice cream or cake for dessert. I am about 115-117 lbs. on these occasions.
Then there would be times that I’m on a borderline of heaviness. This is when I’m 119-120 lbs. This is the time that I workout intensively in the morning. My diet includes no breakfast and straight to workout. Then I would have a fruit before my miniature lunch which is consists of a sandwich or a salad. I try not to have snacks but when I get hungry I look for food that is light and healthy. Dinner is a sandwhich or a salad again. There is no room for dessert until I loose weight.
I have a self inflicted allergy on chocolates which later on became a fact. I get migranes when I eat some. I do not eat pork because pigs eat everything. Psychologically, this thought makes me feel gross every time I see a pork dish. I am trying to say no to chicken as well but beef tastes good especially a good steak. Lamb tastes good. Lamb is my favorite meat. I prefer brown rice over white rice then wheat bread over regular bread.
