Savor a week-long festivity of modern Spanish cuisine as classic dishes will be served such as jamons, cazuelas, tortas, and Chef Gallegos-Bagis’ trademark paella, among others. Indulge in this Spanish fiesta at PHP 2,150 per person for lunch. Upgrade with an additional PHP 895 to pair this gourmet feast with unlimited, special Spanish-themed cocktails. Guests opting for a night out can also enjoy the buffet featuring modern Spanish cuisine for dinner at PHP 2,380 per person. On Sundays, families looking to enjoy a Hispanic dining experience may delight in at PHP 3,077 per person.
