To wine and dine is to lavishly enjoy delicious food paired with sumptuous wine. Here in Yats, the experience will never dismay you. If fancy is what you are looking for, you have this restaurant to look forward to or bring your special someone with.
While staying in Clearwater resort, I had the opportunity to treat my folks for a pleasant wine and dine experience. Yats restaurant is 5-10 minute drive from the resort. As we entered the wine club, we were greeted with genuine, smiling servers. Right away, you will feel the exclusivity of the place. Lolo Lito, as they call him, is the house connoisseur who served us. He is very professional and would tell tale his experience serving different dignified and well known men and women. I began to imagine the great parties that was held here.
Lolo Lito sat us to our table and served us wine right away. The wine choice is excellent. Pinot noir is my go to red wine when I feel like having a light, mellow night. He asked us how we want our steak done. Then chatted about how he served the queen in a synchronised style of serving.
On our first course, we were served with soup and bread. You can taste freshness in the pumpkin soup.
Then appetiser followed. This special potato croquette gets you ready for your next course.

Let’s not miss the delicious and filing steak that we had. This was the main course and we were just gastronomically satisfied. This is 230g serving of US grilled strip loin.
No matter how big the main course is, there will always be room for dessert. We did not have just one. Three desserts were served to us. All of them were our favourites.

It was a night of celebration for our family. Laughter and stories were shared. Yats restaurant gave us an experience for the books. This was a night to remember and cherish.
