One of the founders, Neil Paras, is an inspiration for non-yoga fans. He admits unhealthy habits until 7 months ago when he started yoga. Since then, he has started changing his lifestyle. A total turn for him. Neil likes it and he feels really good about being healthy. His tip for beginners is “don’t be scared.” On the other hand, Noelle Rodriguez, who is also a founder, says Life Yoga does not hinder you to stop having fun. In fact, it’s good to go out and have fun. She prefers balance in life. She also recommends not eating too much before the yoga class and wear comfortable clothes. Her tip is “let go of expectations.”

One of the challenges in keeping a yoga studio is building your own yoga community. Life Yoga is positive and have met several yogis and have truly enjoyed building their own community.
There are many perks one would have in this place. First of all, Manduka mats, Manduka blocks and Manduka straps fro every yogi. This yoga brand is definitely not a joke. Aside, from quality, they understand what yogis needs. Second, they clean every mat right after the class. Nothing feels like fresh mats. Hygiene is a must. Third, clean shower room with soap and shampoo incase you left yours. Fourth is the view from the class. You do not feel like you are inside a box. Last and my favorite, Vibe cafe offers premium healthy menu at an affordable prize. So far, I have tried quinoa super salad and squash pancake. They are tasteful and filling. I would choose this place than my rush Starbucks meal. They also have cold press juice available.
