Kanin spelled background resulted to this restaurant’s name, thus “Ninak.” This establishment has the same owners of Brother’s Burger and decided to expand their craft to Asian cuisine. The youngest of the Jose brothers studied and travelled around Asia and presently shares with us his Asian cuisine knowledge. The two older brothers, DJ and Martin manages and market the business. It’s a clever threesome partnership.
The most tasteful rice in the menu, Ninak rice, only comes for P80. It tastes good on its own but recommended to go with chicken bbq or chicken satay.
Chicken bbq is a famous pacific island dish. The Philippines has many versions of it. Ninak chicken bbq comes with marinade that does not need extra sauce. It comes sweet, salty and a hint of tangy.
Chicken Satay is a famous thai dish. This comes with delectable peanut sauce. Prolly the most fave chicken skewer in the menu.
Truly, Filipino! This Tinapa rice is good on its own. You have protein, carbs and some veggies.
The most famous and best seller dish in Ninak is the Angus beef belly. The meat that surrounds it is crunchy and the meat inside is very soft. The fat is quite deadly for the heart but it will be worth it as promised.
Love veggies? Then this bean sprout is the perfect dish for you. Its healthy and well prepared. The veggies are so fresh. It is a better side dish than an appetizer.
Lamb Massaman is a sumptuous thai dish with great nutrients. This dish is served with fresh ingredients which makes this dish a favorite in the menu.
Laksa is a popular Malay dish. It is a coconut-based curry soup with a hint of different spices that makes this dish stand out.
Bagoong rice is another rice dish from Ninak. You will love their version of bagoong rice as the meat is a little overcooked giving a hint of burnt taste.
