A “Nice” Feeling
The first thing I did was eat the Nice’s specialty, salad Nicoise (ni swaz). It is a mix of greens, tomatoes, anchovies, peppers, garlic, tuna, eggs, hard boiled potatoes and salad dressing. I couldn’t say it from the menu and I had to hear it first from other customers which make it more enticing. The sound of it clearly is inviting.
Then head for the pebbled beach of the Mediterranean Sea, the capital of the French Riviera. Get natural golden town over the summer months. Enjoy the high but safe waves of the beach. Then tell everyone, “I have never seen the color of blue as nice as Nice.”
